I am doing this from memory, but when I looked at the fine print it said 73% of Dr recc a low calorie energy supplement (that makes much more sense than recc a high calorie) and of those, 50% recc 5 hour energy. So, less than ½ of the Dr's that responded reccomended 5 hour energy. But the commercial talks about the 73%...…

My goal is to run a 5k every month in 2012 (which is a feat here in Michigan!) and this is me crossing the finish line in my June run!

I agree with lukeout007 - I was good up to 25 pounds - now have slowed down. I think when it happens has to do with how much you have to lose and how consistent you are. (and also if you are changing up your exercise routine) Chris

My 2 cents - since it is something that you would like to do well at, and you have a goal in mind, I would back off the insanity... You are still exercising so all is good :)

I struggle with this one too - I am shooting to be in the 22 range for BMI, so I still have at least 20 pounds more to go...

A really great site, similiar to MFP but for the Dave Ramsey plan - is www.llnoe.com (Living Like No One Else) There are many people there that have gone through similiar circumstances and would be able to add some ideas in addition to the many great ideas that you have received so far! Good luck!
