Weight 205. Down 3lbs from last week. my water intake has sucked this week however today I'm on a roll and I will complete it also I have been having difficulty with that dice challenge because my foot has swollen due to me getting a tattoo but I am trying my best!

Awesome BLUE TEAM!! So far, everybody, but one person, has put in their weight. Also, everybody lost weight! That's great. :) and if you didn't lose as much weight as you wanted, that's ok, today starts a new week. Keep it up!

Why? I need to do this for myself and my newborn son. I want to start him off right by leading by example and eating right myself. I don't want to be skinny but healthy! This is not a diet but a lifestyle change.

Hey Im somewhat in the same situation. My opinion would be to lose weight BEFORE you get pregnant. I say that because you should try to be healthy before trying to conceive for you and your child. There are already risks of having a baby, I wouldn't want you to add another 1 for something you could have possibly help…
