Firstly I'd like to say. Well done on what you've achieved so far so you can't be doing too bad. I'm almost at goal weight but I started on 1200 but only managed to stick to it for about a month as I got too hungry and didn't have the energy to do my running. I increased it every few weeks and ate back most of my calories…

Unless you are on a super low carb diet your settings should be :- Fat 30% Protein 30% Carbs 40% Fibre 30g Sodium 2500mg This can be changed in your goal tabs. Glad you ate the apple :happy:

If you have a smart phone download the Nike+ app then you can listen to your music and track your runs via the GPS and log calories. Good luck and enjoy. Don't over do it to start with. Your legs will ache the next day so rest them then go again when they don't hurt.

Just draw a line under last week and start again tomorrow. Perhaps if you are finding 1200 cals too low up them a bit so you don't feel like you are starving yourself. Find an exercise you enjoy and do it a few times a week. Good luck :flowerforyou:

I gave it up years ago by just not drinking tea or coffee for a week or so then when I really wanted one I just had it without sweetner and it tasted ok.

I snack 3 times a day, always having a munch of something usually low calorie like snack a jacks or fruit, it helps me make it till the next meal.

The big snack a jacks are good. Sweet or savory depending on your preference. Love the new chocolate and coconut ones!

100% He has to as I don't drive. He takes plenty of pics. I only do a few a year so he doesn't mind as he has plenty of weekends doing his own hobbies. It would be better if he ran too............I'm working on that one!

I found the treadmill helped me. Just did 800m fast sessions with slow downs in between. Got my speed up in a few months. Also loosing 10 pound helped and less to carry. Good luck!

I put frozen berries and a splash cold milk on top of mine when its cooked. Or if I'm going to run I put a banana and golden syrup on top.

Mizuno's are my favorites. On my 4th pair of the Wave Nexus ones. I need stability shoes and these are ideal and lightweight too.
