I weighed myself this AM and lost 5.5lbs in one week. I think if you stick with it, remain discipline, then you will continue seeing results....at least that's whay I keep telling myself :laugh: Congratulations and keep up the GREAT work!

Agreed, I was used to eating one or two huge "bad for me" meals, but now I look at my food diary and I'm eating all day and really never have a chance to feel hungry :-)

@Ballay - from what I'm hearing you should purchase a heart rate monitor to calculate the calories you burn. The game provides a belt, but it's just to monitor your hip movement. It doesn't track calories.

Honestly I believe this site has been my biggest motivational tool. Just reading others post ususally gives me that extra little push that I need to get off "my butt". I HATE excersising, but once I log on and read some of my friends posts I feel motivated to "do something". Even if its 50 crunches or 100 jumping jacks.…
