The night before I pack all sorts of snacks to keep me full... Trail mix is a big one, nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate, when I have that craving! Impulse fruits and veggies like baby carrots, clementines, apples, stuff I can eat quickly at my desk.

I pay attention to my HRM...it really depends on the intensity, resistance, and speed... but usually I'm between 600-700 calories burned in a class as well.

I think if you could take anything away from this it would be that we all have set backs! All of us, even those guys with pictures of their seemingly photoshopped abs... I wouldn't fret over two pounds, that two pounds could be anything! Sodium, water...etc... in my experience small gains like that usually dissapear…

GUESS WHAT! Tonight in Body Pump I was in the middle of warm up, and I feel this cold dripping run down my arm... I look and it's a bead of sweat! Probably the only one! But I was so proud of that one sweat droplet!
