After six kids, and three c-sections mine is so much worse. It takes time, and commitment. Just keep working on it, and it will shrink. Maybe not go completely away, but will get better.

I love it. I only allow myself to have it once a day, and only 1tbl which I measure out. I eat it with fruit..apples or banana's. One small jar will last me a couple of weeks. Makes me feel like I'm cheating, but still staying healthy.

By not eating everyday foods, and teaching yourself to stay with in your macros your not doing yourself any good for long term. When I started on here MFP recommended 1200, I lost 3lbs at first, and then quickly stalled out, then asked around and was told to up them to 1600, and that's when I started to lose consistently. I'm down almost 20lbs now. I recommend eating more.

I agree with the above posters...Protein...I was always hungry till I upped mine. Now it's much better and not snacking at night.

I also have VERY bad knee's, and have been doing it for awhile now. The one thing is to modify. Listen to what she says, and follow the girl that modify's especially the lunges and squats...at least until you feel comfortable. But it's a very nice workout!!! I love it.
