I've put mine in oatmeal and also on ice cream before. It really depends on the flavor you use. I have also used in hot and iced coffee's.

I had some last night with some salmon and pesto and it was delicious. They consistency and taste is zucchini.. it's not going to taste or feel like regular pasta. If you do eat them definitely pan fry them to get the excess moisture out or make a thicker sauce as the water thins out the other liquids.

This is the same for me. Any workout I do is a good one. I have been inconsistent in my workouts this year.

Personally I would go with the following because they sound best to me, and I hate pate'. They should also be fairly low in calories depending on preparation. You could do the NY sirloin.. the average calories for that seems to be about 500-515 with a good amount of protein. Then just do a double side of the market vegetables.. total should be around 600 -625 depending on the veggies. Now I want a steak

My mom and I are trying on Wednesday with either yellow/red or oranges peppers. I'm not a fan of the green either.

My husband would kill me if I spent 120.00 for 3 days worth of juice. That's my food budget for both of us for 2 weeks. What a utter waste of money.

I get this salad too but with no dressing. Between the lime wedge and the glaze they put on it I like the taste just fine. And it's only 290 calories.. I do get fries though.. I can't resist their fries.

BMR and TDEE are two different things BMR - is the minimum number of calories you should eat a day for your body to function TDEE- is your total calories expenditure per day. This includes all daily activities and exercise. You want to do -20% on your TDEE not your BMR

Same thing happened to me about a month ago.. only it was a soft serve cone.. 190 calories.. for that.. seriously? I don't think so.

Yup- Taco Bell 3 hard shell tacos for me with fire sauce 3 bean and cheese burritos with no onions or red sauce add nacho cheese for my kid.

I would go with either Grilled Salmon Blt grilled salmon, peppered bacon, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and lemon aioli - minus the aioli or Roast Turkey peppered bacon, mized greens, red onion, tomato, avocado and citrus aioli on whole wheat bun - again minus the aioli Also see if you can substitute a side salad for the fries

Honestly you can make a healthy "pizza" for yourself. I use the flat out flatbread, add sauce, cheese and whatever toppings I want. I too recently received grief at work about eating microwaved foods at my desk as they "smell" (yeah smell delicious.) So now I spend 15-20 minutes in the morning eating in the break room because someone didn't like the smell of my breakfast sausage.
