I got sick about 3 days ago and I just got my period today -__- Today is my day off from work which is gym time and I was thinking should I go or not. But after the responses I'm staying home to rest maybe do some jumping jacks in my room lol.

I most I ever weight was 170lbs at the age of 22. My goal weight was 125 but in 2011 I went down to 121. However, I stopped working out and gained back 17lbs :(. I started at 137 and now I'm at 133 lbs. My goal is to be 118! ^_^ Edit: I'm only 5'3 :)

Can someone elaborate on #7? I want to gain muscles *and* lose weight too at the same time. I don't want to increase my cal intake though. Is there a balance way to lose weight and tone at the same time?

I'm glad that yesterday my boyfriend and I went groceries shopping and actually spent some time looking at the nutrition contents! And was shocked when we saw those calories on chips ahoy and Oreos double stuff which we always ate before! It's an eye opener :)!

Don't weigh yourself because you're gaining muscles mass. Muscle mass weighs more than fat. The best thing you should do is to measure yourself with the measuring tape on your arms, thighs, waist etc.
