Holy moly! You look amazing! You were cute before but now.... <jealous! I am 5'2" and currently weigh about 143, want to get back down to about 120 (pre preggo weight) I have noticed that walking/running works best for me too and i hated it when i started but have come to enjoy it

I wear a bodybugg and i agree with you 300-400 calories is the max i burn in an hour session (which is running on the treadmill at 6.0 and weight lifting) oh and i took a cardio kickboxing class and only burned barely over 400 and that was intense (i weigh about 145lbs)

I started a kickboxing class and felt like a train wreck the next day. What helped me was a lot of stretching and hubby gave me massage, also a hot both and some ibuprofen ;-)
