i have been losing only about 1-1.5 lbs a week but then again i only have about 15 more to lose. I work out about 1-2 hours every day and now try to stay under 1300 calories. MFP is awesome! I think it is awesome! I am all belly too (had a baby 11 months ago) and i did 30day shred and now 6week6pack for almost 2 weeks. You can look at my pics, i see a difference :) OMG and some of the moves are crazy! Have fun!

just wear really tight clothes when you work out! I had 3 babies too and know what you mean, my belly is getting smaller but it is distracting.

I am a stay at home mom. I have a 11 month old baby that is crawling around all over the place now :) I just think overall i am more active for example instead of driving i walk to pick up my son from kindergarden (which i don't log as activity)

I usually do a 30 min workout each morning after the kids leave for school to get my metabolism going. Then when hubby gets home in the evening i do another hour or so. I have noticed that i do have trouble falling asleep if i do it too close to bedtime though because i am all hyped up.

Ugh i just started it again today and i am up 2 lbs. I weigh in tomorrow and i was so happy that i was down 3 lbs this week, now it is barely 1 lb :( but i am hoping tomorrow morning will be a little better. Yes i will log it

Yep i changed the weight as i went down. So, i guess i am burning lots of calories :) YAY. I am happy with losing 7 lbs! Thank you everyone

exactly! I do eat a big lunch if i know i will be going to the gym that night and i usually burn around 1000 calories. That way i can just have a shake or something before bed

It underestimated my calorie burn. I do the aerobic setting for about an hour and burn well over 800calories (i have a HRM)
