  • I workout at Valley athletic club, tumwater, at home on my recumbent bike, and in my travels at the hotel. I have bad knees so need low impact.
  • Eat more protein and stay away from processed foods. Protein helps you feel full longer as well as legumes.

  • Cut back the sodium is the key as well as exercise. Stay away from processed foods that always have more sodium than you need. Your limit per day for me is 2500. However, I would discuss with your PCP of your allowed amount.
  • Welcome! I need to lose more than 100 lbs. Every hour every minute is a challenge especially when you travel.Please add me as your friend! Word of advise track your food and try to burn as much as you eat. My vice is the internet, I should be at the gym right now!!
  • Fat loss should raise your height because fat will curve your body.I would do bone density test and as you get older your body will shrink. If you have pain anywhere in your body I would get it checked out.
