Hi Everyone.. I want to start on keto but I am not sure how. What I do need is more information on how things work to know what steps to take. Is there a book or website you recommend that can tell me more on what i should be eating and how much and etc? Thanks

so today for breakfast all i had for tea so i decided to go home for lunch and make myself a juice.... it worked out great i just put what ever i found in the blender and it didnt taste bad at all.... i am going to try and see how this goes :)

this sounds really interesting...... i want to try it but not sure if i can even do it for two weeks start..... i am a food lover and i think it will get hard....... and because all you are inputting in your body is juice and veggies .... does anyone know if it will be a good idea to add plant protien to the juices?

thank you everyone.... i didnt mean to start an arguement or to make anyone mad.... i just had heard about it but didnt fully understand it yes i agree that it does seem weird to put hormones in your body(and hold on did i read right someone wrote its a pregnant persons pee??????) and that does scare me about the long run…

I weighted myself on saturday and it said 141 a total of 3 pounds lost all together.... next weight in for me in on wednesday..... hope to see at least half a pound lost.... looks like I have been losing a pound a week

i tried the cleans one time hoping to start clean but it did nothing... i say dont waste your money on the products and just do the videos
