Can you just eat dehydrated carrots? You don't have to re hydrate them before you eat them?

I don't really have any useful advice, but I do the same thing (even to the extent of eating candy/chocolate till I feel like I'm going to be sick to my stomach). Oh man, that's really tough, but I completely sympathize. As hard as it is to think about it now, things will get better and easier. The short, dark, cold days make this a really tough time of year, as does the huge focus on food (I find). I'll be sending good wishes your way!

Thanks for the suggestions. I should also say that I never feel it while walking/anything but running and I also don't feel it for the whole time I run (I feel it for maybe 10 mins out of a 30 minute run)
