I've possibly fractured my ankle (from running) which I'm extremely annoyed about. I've been to see the doctor, and had an X-ray, which I'm just waiting on the results of (I'll get them in about 10 days). Pain in ankle while running

Too large a deficit?
I've heard a lot here about ruining your metabolism by eating too little. I'm trying to lose my last couple (7ish) lbs, so I have it set to .5 lbs/week, giving me a deficit of about 220 cals/day. It is potentially a problem if I'm frequently (3-4 x/week) under by an additional 350ish (so an overall deficit of 570)? Thanks!

Heart Rate Monitor
Hi, I'm looking to buy a heart rate monitor for the gym. I'm in fairly good shape, but I'd like to be able to track my heart rate to make sure I'm getting into the right "zones". I'm looking to spend $150 or less.... Any suggestions?
