best answer here . look at your diet you should be taken around 30% protein ,30%fat ,40%carbs if your doing a lot of cardio. if your doing a lot of weights 40% protein 30% fat and carbs .

my chest killed me ,sat for 4 hours on my back no problem .2hrs on my chest and i had to get him to stop twice .

i love this post ,i thought i was angry man in the gym getting pissed off looking at people not putting weights back ,wiping down machines ,taking to long with bench or racks ,phones and all the other crap that does our heads in while we try to do a session .but thanks everybody for being as angry as me P.S for the people…

^^^^^^^this and people who take to long in rack or on bench .do your sets and get off , don't do one set go for a chat with your pal or a walk around gym for 2-3 minutes .unless you are doing serious weight 60-90 break is enough .rant over
