build up your tri's is best advice i got , do close grip bench press to increase the triceps ,start light and build up for your normal routine drop your sets to 5x5 or 6x4 for bench

pints of Guinness ,so have gone on major blow outs . no big deal u need it every so often

your days off all the hard work gets done 2 hour sessions in gym ,but with kids it hard .i have a 3 year old and turn going for a walk with her into work out .2 or 3 miles pushing a buggy will break a sweat if your family is older its up to them to help around the house to give u time

make sure your getting right pre and post work out right . pre work out shake and piece fruit at least 30 mins before post work out shake and a sports drink . the sugar in sports drink will cause a insulin spike which forces the protein uptake by your muscles .this will develop muscle mass

i have not tried this one ,but the ones i have strawberry is always to sweet. buy frozen mixed berries throw in blender and you get a lovely smoothie. after years of using whey chocolate or vanilla are always the safe bet in protein shakes no matter what the brand .hope this helps

u can change your diet to suit u . go to your home page -goals-custom and change your setting if going for weight loss but maintaining muscle go for a 40% pro 30% carb 30% fat i found this at lot easier to stick with
