ummmm, not one to judge but i assume this was legal in the country where you are from?

depends how old they are when they begin dating, and about maturity... for example, a 25+ year old guy and an 18 year old girl or vice versa in my opinion can be a little disturbing... although legally its fine, what if it was 24 and 17? then again 25 year old and 30 year old seems perfectly fine. So end of the day it…

if you want to track calories id lean towards a HRM, and like alot of posters here have a POLAR FT7. to accurately track calories you need height, weight, heart rate and VO2 Max to get a decently accurate measure. HRM doesnt track VO2 Max, but it tracks heart rate which a fitbit i believe doesnt. so it wont be super…

my girlfriend feels the same... but i think she is the most beautiful person in the world, and no one who says otherwise will change that. society tells you what you think you need to look like to be beautiful... its a load of CRAP! in traditional asian and indian culture you were deemed beautiful if you were larger…

MPF calculates your calorie intake, or in this case your doctor did.... so as someone said earlier one reason to eat it back so your body doesnt go into starvation mode and start shutting down. If you did 500 calories worth of exercise and were only on a 1100 calorie diet, i would try to eat at least some of it back.…

puyt your treadmill infront of your tv (if you watch it) and just jump on whenever your favourite programs are on... no matter what pace you are going you are going to burn more calories than if u are sitting down!
-
totally agree. have heard the same about interval training. i think its to do with the heart working harder with BPM going up and down as opposed to the heart going at a constant pace. hopefully someone can confirm this?
-
i don't count stretching.... but then again i dont count weight training either... i have a polar FT7, and being that it counts calories via heart rate... it doesnt know what sort of exersise you are doing... i would have thought that stretching is pretty static... and being that you are doing it from a stationary position…

1) used to be able to do 20 before i stopped going to the gym and put on all this weight.... havn't tried recently but id be happy with 5 haha 2) chinups use mostly arms with upper back and core. so forearms, bi's, tri's, shoulders, back, abs.... you would be best off finding those assisted chinup/dip machines at the gym…

just bought an FT7 and am really skeptical about the calories burned.... this is my first HRM and before i was pretty conservative with calorie outputs as i get info from gym equiptment (which seemed to understate calories burned) to enter into MFP.... but walking for 50 minutes @5km or 3.5mph on a treadmill apparently i…

ohh my goodness... look amazing. very very very well done!!!!

ohhh, and if u were to try it, the powder form will usually be more effective (and better value for money) than the pill form :-)
-
i think there is l-carnitine and acetyl-carntine which is a more refined version? and supposedly more effective albeit more expensive. it is meant to assist in the conversion of fat into energy, so when you work out you burn more fat from my understanding... i used it for a few months a while back and seemed to work, but…

whoa... mostly im sad when i am doing cardio... thank goodness for tvs at the gym!!! are you talking about the sensation of being tired but energised at the same time? bit of a paradox, and im not a scientist but would be facinated to know if its got something to do with blood flow and brain chemistry, or even a lack of…

have noticed there is a fair bit of sleeze on this site, which is unfortunate... but it is the internet afterall... each to their own to do whatever they need to, to reach their goals and feel comfortable about it...

working a full time job i put on a whole heap of weight which i ended up losing in 2010 while volunteering in nepal for 4 months and then backpacking afterwards walking aout 15 km a day and eating healthy will do that to you.... i promised myself i would never let myself get back to the way i was, but one day i just jumped…
