that while I didn't lose weight in my weigh in this morning, my body fat is down 1% & muscle mass went up from last week. :happy: I am also celebrating not involuntarily crying while getting a blood test for the first time in my life :laugh:

Do people really put gravy and/or butter on rice?!! wtf?! anyway yes. I get that too. I get the "are you on a diet?" as I make up my afternoon snack of cottage cheese & tomato on rice crackers. Or add my tuna to my daily salad. Umm.. no.. I just like to eat well... It's not a diet...

I like to soak them with my oats, in water. Once they are softer they are a bit easier to digest I find!

I agree with other comments, if you're not sure on what to do once you're in there, get a trainer for a couple of sessions so you're confident. For me, it's headphones in, do your thing. Go for it :)

Could you make your own pizza instead so you have more control over what is on it & how healthy it is?

One of my closest friends who's a dietician puts the 12wbt up there with one of the worst "successful" diets out there. I love MB & everything else she stands for... except 1200 calories a day. Fuel your body with good, CLEAN food!

It works for me, & you have so much more energy when you actually fuel your body. & stop looking at your calories as a target to stay under - look at it as a target to meet. IMO :)

heart rate monitor. they generally come with a chest strap which measures your heart beat against your stats that you put in (height, weight, age, sex, etc) & calculates calories burned.

I highly recommend buying Jamie Duigan's clean eating books. You will be amazed at how your body responds! & you need to fuel your body. 1200 calories is not enough! :)

The exercise programs are great and the meal suggestions are great too... But it is not enough food. You need to be eating over your BMR or your body will never sustain the weight loss...

People who smoke well.. anywhere near anyone else. You wanna do that, you keep that to yourself. When you can actually hear someone mashing up the food in their mouth, or talking with their mouth open etc. People who scrape their cutlery on the plate. Sent a chill up my spine just thinking about it.
