Wow - awesome progress! I'm on week 4 and have lost an inch and a half even though I'm up a pound. I'm also trying to lose the last 5-10 pounds, or at least replace the flab I've gained over the past two years with muscle. I love seeing how much your body has changed in only 12 weeks. Keep it up!

I'm restarting this week. I started CLX about 6 weeks ago but hurt my back. I'm not sure what I did to hurt it, but I'm hoping I can get back into this without hurting it again.

Great job! I just started the burn phase today and have the same mindset as you. I want this to be a lifestyle change, so if I don't see major results right away, no biggie. The longer you do this, the more you'll change! Keep up the great work!

I just have regular weights, too. 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, and 15. I think I may have 20s somewhere, too. If not I need to buy them. Today was my first day of CLX and I used the 5 to 12 pound weights and they were definitely not heavy enough!
