I don't really use them. If I was going to bake or something...I would use regular sugar as I hate the taste of the fake stuff.

Ok great! When I went to a nutritionist years ago, she said I wasn't getting enough protein so I thought it was strange that I was blowing the protein number out of the water on here after just breakfast and lunch! I will tinker with the settings in the goal structure.

I like to cut them in half and then put them on a baking pan and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on them. You bake them and they get all crispy and delicious.

I have some City Sports athletic pants and yoga pants as well as t-shirts I love as well as some UA and Nike pants from there or from ****'s sporting Goods. I also have a pair of pants I love from target. Just depends!

I don't know about Gap and Old Navy, but Anne Taylor Loft definitely is guilty of this! I was always a medium in their shirts and now I am a small. I am the same size. Last year I bought a spring skirt there in a size 2. I could have gotten the 0. There is no way I am even close to that size! Usually an 8 in skirts.
