  • I agree with Kasaya20, get good shoes!!! They can really make the difference, and are worth the money. I did the Couch to 5k app and loved it. I couldn't run a solid block without dying when I first started, and I'm now training for my first marathon!! You can do it girl!!!

  • I LOVE Crossfit! And it's only dangerous if you aren't smart. Make sure your coaches at the box are good and helpful and you should never have any problem! I also really like the Paleo diet, I do have a hard time sticking to it 100% but I try my best. I just love cheese and pasta so much I will add it in here or there!

  • Add some mexican spices to it, then throw it in a tortilla with cooked spinach, and a little bit of cheese. Roll it up and bake it at 350 for 10 or 15 minutes, yummy!! I do it all the time! I also like to add some hot sauce too :)

  • I think those runs just happen. I ran 4 wonderful miles Saturday morning with no problem, then tried to run an easy 2 Sunday night and hated every second. Don't let it bring you down. i agree with everyone else that says if it happens again on your next run try more water or something different.

  • I like my Champoin capris, I don't wear them with shorts though. Have you tried just using anti-chaffing products yet? There are bars and gels, even Vaseline can work.

  • I would do it all over again! Mine were never that great to begin with, my left one was a C cup and my right one was a B....SO noticeable in a bathing suit or lowcut tops!! Now they are both a full C and look great and natural. I didn't tell some of my in-laws either because of their opinions and they haven't even noticed…
  • Sometimes I substitute it with zucchini or spaghetti squash....not sure that will fill the carb craving but it's healthy and what I do. Pasta is my weakness so I just have to avoid it completely...boo.
