After Morning Workout
I go to Crossfit at 5:30am, and when I get home I have 10-30minutes (depending on my schedule that morning) to lay back down. Cutting Sugar Out
So I have a HUGE sweet tooth. Whenever I crave something it is something sweet. Candy, cake, ice cream. I love it ALL! Needless to say I think this is my biggest problem with me not losing weight.
