I have a wheelchair bound daughter. I would love to know how many calories I burn pushing her, carrying her to bed, in and out of the tub, etc. I know I feel it everyday. But wouldn't change it for anything, except her ability to walk.

My wife knows, but thinks it is just something I do to pass time. lol I have tried to get her to do it, especially with her being diabetic, but she just doesn't want to. I don't limit it around her, and even have the app on my phone for when I am away.

That is awesome. I recently had one myself. I went to my 25 yr High School Reunion. I was standing with my wife and told her I was going to go talk to my old carpool friends from high school. As I approached, I could see the complete loss on their faces. I said, "Hey you think I can get a ride with you ladies to school?"…

That really is amazing! Way to go. I have lost 120lbs over the past 18 months. When I was at my heaviest, I was dropping weight like it was hot. Keep up the good work.

I agree. I use Natural peanut butter. Jif makes a good one that is no stir, meaning no oil sitting on the top when you open it.
