You look beautiful, congrats!

This is indeed very hard. The only way to combat this is to have all of your meals prepared and ready to eat while you are at work.

My doggies names are Milo & Bella haha, also, now I know 1/2 of your passwords!

Great site! Wish I knew of that before I lost the weight! Good calendar motivation!

The higher in satiety the food is the more full you will feel, here are some suggestions: http://nutritiondata.self.com/topics/fullness-factor http://calorielab.com/news/2008/04/25/the-satiety-index-comparing-apples-and-oranges/

This is hilarious, when I initially lost all of my weight my shoes became huge too and I had so much extra shoe lace! I eventually cut my shoe laces with all the extra slack and hung them up in my garage/gym as another reminder to me of the change.

I will tell them a few times what they are doing is wrong and if they don't take the advice I defriend them. You are who you hang out with and I don't want to hang with unhealthy people.

In my research of people that lost weight (and kept it off) I couldn't find one macro that everyone agreed upon. I found out that the best thing to do is whatever feels good enough for you to stick to a reduced calorie diet is the best thing... For me it's been 60c/20p/20f, been doing that for 3 years while maintaining…

After I lost all of my weight, I decided it was time to work on dropping fat and increasing muscle. The scale may not move but i'd definitely be healthier if I could do that and I've dropped my fat % big time in these past few years while hovering at my weight loss. This may or may not be a goal for you though. As for…

I will try this, sounds great, perhaps more turkey pep though!

Now, I want to go to Subway with all of these great sandwiches in my mind. Also, I wonder if they make breakfast sandwiches all day?

Wow I feel that way on some cheat days and I'm impressed you can eat as much as me!
-
I have a cheat day twice per week when I hit my goal. It's the extended holiday's I take with my family that screws me up for a few weeks.
-
I wake up and immediately slam 48oz of water--It's become a habit of mine. It helps the day get started and I am super hydrated for my workout!

Fantastic Job!

This is true and worked for me--the only thing that was a necessity for me was a food journal.

This sounds Great!

My motivation to initially lose all of my weight was to eat bad again. After I lost it all 3 years ago (after 9 months of dieting) I cheated and have continued to cheat every weekend now. Now I have other motivations up there like my lovely family--but FOOD is definitely still up there as I''ve classified myself as a…

Played EQ for most of the early 2000's, then started EVE Online in 2007, really like it and I'm purely casual now.

I hate the time it takes. I lose productivity time at work or something I suppose and it gets me mad... I don't believe a one hour workout is 4% of your day like people say, it's actually more like 6.25% as I don't count that necessary 8 hours sleep I must get haha!

You can do it bud! We all had that moment that prompts us to start losing weight! Good luck!

I've had two polars. One with a hard strap and one with a soft strap. I don't remember the number but the one with the soft strap was just as accurate but not only felt better it also stayed on better!

In my journey of losing over 100lbs and keeping it off for over 3 years now you just have to accept that these things happen. I often tried to blame it on sodium and perhaps that was the issue but sometimes, just like with you now, an anomalous weight reading happens that makes you want to throw in the towel. Don't do it!…

Everytime I see someone working out outside I am automatically proud of them for doing it and am a bit jealous I am not doing it as well.

Yes, exercises and food should be switched up from time to time to avoid that plateau that we all hit when we near our goal.
