66 + (6.23 x 200) + (12.7 x 69) - (6.8 x 24) = 2025.1 2 025.1 x 1.7 = 3 442.67 this is what my results are, I eat around 2000 calories a day and I'm loosing around 2.5lbs a week

hey you dont need much space its very adaptable as long as you can do the plank position and move sideways a foot it should be fine, month one and recovery week most days is around 40mins a few days its just short of 60 and one day goes down to around 35mins anything else feel free to ask

if your not focusing on loosing weight then you need to work out how many calories to take in and stick to that amount other wise you will loose and if you havnt got the fat to loose it will start eating your muscle

i use a HRM that gives calories burned ...ive just finished week three and im burning around 750 calories ....in week one i burned over 810 and on pure cardio and cardio abs i burn around 1000 now ....there is a few factors too it age,weight and how hard you push your self
