  • What are your thoughts on small amounts of coconut meat & a square of 90% dark Cocoa? Around 2pm each day, I find myself looking for a small snack. Often I've had meat for lunch so I don't feel like eating ANOTHER piece of meat, especially since I have it for dinner too.
