I just saw this too! I was gonna post it but you beat me to it! Great minds think alike...LOL

I go to Chinatown for some of my produce and ALL of my seafood. They are alot cheaper than the grocery store and it's fresh! I live in Hawaii so all the seafood is brought in and sold on the piers or in Chinatown. Farmers markets are also great (I miss California farmers markets) though we don't have very good ones…

Welcome and good luck on your journey ahead! You'll find out how great the food diary is! It's amazing how many calories go in my mouth without even realizing it! The food diary really helps with that. You're heading in the right direction. Best wishes!n:flowerforyou:

Increase your calories and eat clean. Plus increase your intensity on your workouts. Hopefully that'll work! Good luck!

LOL...maybe you need a bike windshield like motorcycles have! Ha, ha.

Oh, one other thought. For dessert you can grill pineapple or peaches and add Dannon's Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt. That's pretty good and healthy, too!

I bought a frother from Target and froth my milk up and add it to English tea. It's kind of like Starbucks Black Tea Latte, but barely any calories! Plus it's cheaper. I only use a tiny bit of milk 'cause the frother increases it by double. Sometimes I add Splenda to it for sweetness too. I love tea though. Hope you find…

That sounds so awesome! I'm making that this weekend. Thanks for the recipe!

I don't know if any of them are waterproof (didn't see it on your list of amenities) but that would be good too. I do some ocean kayaking and running/jogging in the rain sometimes so that's always a plus for it to be waterproof.

I hear ya! I was jamming for about a month and a half, NO processed foods, working out 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day, losing body fat! I was so happy! I think what happens is we feel accomplished and kind of back off a bit and then little by little old habits creep back in! I'm back on track though and will be…

I do CrossFit 5 days a week, my workout changes every day. I do walk/run 5 days a week on top of my CrossFit workouts too though. I love it!

Molds can be bought at Michaels or Jo Ann Fabric stores. I'm sure they'll have them at other craft stores if these are not in your area. Check in the Wilton cake aisles.

I don't use flat outs, but use whole wheat pita breads. I've been obsessed lately with making pizzas out of them. Just made some today actually! I'll have to try the flat outs one time.

Hey all! I am following all of you now! Look forward to seeing your tweets!

I LOVE that book!

Sorry to hear about your injury. You seem to have a plan and know what to do to get back on track (walking when you can). To avoid injuries: Take it slow and LOTS of stretching. Do a light warmup and stretch before you workout and then a good stretch session after. Sometimes I stretch throughout the day at such random…

Such a great idea!

The calorie count is for the whole thing...sorry I always forget to add that! I love pictures with recipes so I will try my hardest to add pics every time I post a recipe (unless I didn't make it yet!)...LOL. Anyways, thanks for all the motivation and inspiration you all illuminate! It's so encouraging!

The calorie count was for the whole thing (4 slices).

I live near the ocean too and what makes it great is it doesn't feel like exercise! I love ocean kayaking and snorkling...haven't gotten into surfing though, but when I do it it's more for fun, not for working out. I love it when things work out that way. Congrats on your maintaining during your vacation! Glad you had fun!…

yummmm....they sound awesome, especially the chocolate oatmeal one. I'll have to make these soon! Thanks for posting!

Sorry, I forgot the nutritional info. I just put it in separately on the food diary and came up with this: cal: 266 carbs: 29 protein: 24 fat: 7 sodium: 543 sugar: 2

Aloha there! Congrats on the trip to Maui! I live in Hawaii (Oahu) and there are tons of outdoor activities from hiking, snorkling, ziplining and surfing! You'll have a blast! I think 15lbs in two months might be cutting it close, but why not try!?!? I'm sure now that you have this extra motivation you'll do great! Just…

I didn't see anyone mention it, maybe I missed it, but the Coast Guard is also a good option. my husband has been in for 16 years and he used to be a recruiter. Almost all the duty stations are here in the states (there are a couple overseas, but there is a process and he must volunteer to go over there). The CG has all…

Here's a good way for roasted and salted nuts. Just omit the salt if you prefer unsalted. Spread shelled nuts, blanched or unblanched, in a shallow pan. Add from 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of oil, butter per cup of nuts. Heat in a slow oven, 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir frequently. Spread on absorbent paper to…

I bought regular curry in the spice aisle at Whole Foods. I haven't looked for the green curry yet though. Anyone, let me know where you found it if you buy it, please! Thanks! Ps....maybe in the asian/international aisle?
