I did a cleanse recently - I purchased it in a health food store. It was called the Wild Rose D-Tox. You are still able to eat... just no dairy, sugar or wheat. I just completed my first half-marathon where the cause was suicide awareness/prevention. It was an amazing experience and very powerful.

I'm running my first half too... this Sunday... I did a long run two weeks prior and have only done short runs since -- to give my body some rest before the big day. I find that doing 10 and 1s while running a long distance helpful. Also, I slow my pace up quite bit too. I hope that helps! Good Luck!

I have that problem everyday! Especially the afternoons from 3 to 5! And, of course, at that time I crave sugar/carbs! I have been having a protein shake at 3pm and it seems to help...

I have the 30 day shred, yoga meltdown and 6 week 6 pack. My favourite is the 6 week 6 pack. When I can't make it into they gym, I combine the 30 day shred with the 6 week 6 pack.

I am on Day 24 of my 30 Day shred. In 6 days I will do my after measurements... however, most of my clothes are fitting better... Because I am near my "goal" weight, I have not lost a whole lot of weight doing the 30 day shred. As mentioned previously, you must do both the dvd and diet...

:smile: I have been doing the 6 week 6 pack along with the 30 day shred... it is tough, isn't it? I log in with cardiovascular... I created its own name... I wear a hrm and I usually burn around 300 cals... I hope that helps

I everyone! I am just over half way through... I started Jan 12 ... and I have noticed results! Not so much in weight loss, more in endurance and ability to do some of the plyo routines....:smile:

I go to my exercises and create it as: "30 Day Shred - Level1" and then input the time and calories. I hope that helps:)

I started the 30 day Shred on January 12 and would love to join you all :) I usually combine the dvd with either Jillian Michaels' yoga or her 6 week six pack abs.

I started the 30 day shred 6 days ago. I combine it with either her 6 week 6pack abs or the yoga meltdown - depending on how much time I have. I really enjoy it and already, in less than a week, am starting to see some changes!

I had my third son in January adn have been trying to lose weight and get back in shape. My husband also will watch the kids while I work out. Or, the gym I go to has childcare. Fitness wise, I am doing well. As for food choices, I need more self discipline. My biggest vice is that I still have cravings...

I just joined myfitnesspal this morning. i am a mother of 3 boys -- ages: 5, 3 and 7 months. I have been trying to shed some pounds since giving birth to my last son. I am still nursing and I have been consistantly exercising since March. However, sometimes I have a hard time staying on track... I still crave teh sweets....
