I do actually calculate everything. It gets saved in your recipes so you can use it again though. The more you use it, the faster you will be able to enter it all in the database, too.

I don't have anything helpful to add, except that I do log daily and had, at the beginning of my journey, 150 pounds to lose, and am exactly halfway there. It absolutely can be done. Feel free to add me, supportive friends are soo important.

My feet didn't cramp on level 1 but now, on level 2, they are. During all the plank things. I guess because I am on my toes? I tried doing it barefooted, but then my legs slide out from under me... Maybe I need new shoes. I am losing inches in my feet too and I think my shoes are too loose, even laced as tight as I can.…

I hate measuring myself. I am never sure how accurate it is, because I can never remember exactly where I measured last exactly, or how tight I pulled the tape or whatever

I did it daily. Frontside one day, backside the next, and did it from just before Easter until I bought 30 ds June 1. Doing that now. I think it prepared me somewhat for the shred.

Finished w1d7 today. Finally did all the squats/ shoulder presses, the front lunge with bicep curl things, and all the side lunges with arm raises. Still doing girly push ups, but at least I'm not leaning on the door anymore. My knees and ankles are still soo weak that I can't do jumping jacks for fear of hurting myself,…

Thanks for the ideas. Getting ready to push play now. Guess I'll try marching in place while the DVD is getting to the actual workout spot. And I do modify the jumping jacks when they get too bad already.

My family calls it Golden Trough. I try to avoid it. Having said that, my daughter is in a hospital and we had her out for a day this week and guess where she chose to go? Yep, Golden Trough. I just wanted to bury my head under the darn chocolate fountain by the end. Ended up just writing the day off.

I feel for you. Been there with both of my kids. Christal has bitten and clawed us all at some point, but she usually does not express regret. Sammy has also done this, and cries frequently just before getting to that point because he says he feels the rage coming and can't stop it. Knowing its coming sucks. Sorry.

Oh, oh, I want to do it! I have been doing her beginner one since Easter, and even though I still can't do "real" push ups (I'm still standing leaning on the door), I think I need to move on. I will buy her 30 DS DVD on the first and a set of maybe 5 pound weights.
