From what I've read in other forums its more common than you think. Although I'm not 100% sure what it is, people have been saying that if you put talcum powder or anti perspirant on the specific area it can help to relieve the itching.

Even if it isn't actual athletes foot using the same cream will help clear it if it is some kind of fungal infection. I've just found a small patch of ringworm on my tummy and my doctor told me to use athletes foot cream to clear it up.

Personally, I wear mine for everything because it actually helps me during my workouts to keep an eye on my hr and if its starting to get low (even during my weight lifting) I go and do some cardio based exercises to push it back up. What's the point of buying one if you're only going to wear it sometimes?

Bump because I was actually wondering this the other day, I almost don't want to have a protein shake/bar after a workout because they're fairly high in calories and I don't want to go over... I think I'm doing it wrong! Lol!
