I have not made it under 160 in the last 4 years. I just can't seem to make that leap to the 150's. I'm wondering if it might be a result of me always getting down on myself and feeling like I can't do it, as I always seem to want to binge just as I'm almost there. How have you all overcome your plateaus?

Try changing something, sometimes a bit of a shock to the system can work wonders. I'm not 100% what kind of training you do or what your nutrition habits are like but I find if I'm stuck in a rut it's usually because my body has just got used to the routine.
Also try upping your water intake, it can help you lose so e of the water you've retained and help kick start the weight loss again.

Thanks! I'll try that and see what happens
