I have the Sweet Tea and Peach Tea flavors. Both are great, but I like the Sweet Tea more. I have a 24-oz. cup at work and I only use about 2-3 quick shots for the whole thing. My first bottle of Sweet Tea lasted about a month - I only drink my enhanced water MAYBE once or twice a day...usually when I get bored of drinking…

Exactly what I was going to say. An older, rescue dog would be perfect for you I think.

They're building a new Aldi's in my town and I've never been - but I've heard a lot of good things about their Fit 'N Active line and the good deals, so I need to go check it out!

I usually weigh in on Fridays. Sometimes if I've been having an awesome few days workout-and-calorie-wise, I'll weigh myself again just to see if I've lost. I'm not very addicted to the scale though...I tend to forget to weigh myself until I see everyone on my friends list weighing in. I ONLY weigh myself first thing in…

My fiance JUST showed me that game last night and I've been playing ever since. I love it, and I'm not really a games person. I literally only use my iPhone for phone/text/email/internet/calendar.

I commented earlier, but thought I'd add more. I have a different situation in that my fiance's daughter just moved in with him this past summer after living her first 7 years with her mom. She moved in with us because her previous home was not a good environment for many reasons and there was legal stuff involved. ANYWAY…

First movie I saw in theaters was Beauty & the Beast. My mom got me out of school early to go see it. It was a very surreal experience to be sitting there with my kid watching it when it came out in 3D.

Pretty much what others have said - make sure you're eating enough, hydrating enough, and eating enough protein.

Word.

The OP better close her eyes when I get to my goal weight, because I will be RUNNING NAKED IN THE STREETS!!! This was covered in the bikini thread a while back....it's 2012. My body is mine, not my fiance's.

I make the same meal every night for everyone. If you don't like it, I get vegetables or fruit out and give you more of that. That being said, I let both my fiance and the kiddo have one "pick night" a week. I plan out the bulk of the week, but they each pick a meal for their nights. That way our daughter is still eating…

BUMP! Looks amazing!

My family helps me plan out the meal for the week. Once their choices are made, I look at the recipe and make healthier or non/low-fat ingredient substitutions and then grocery shop for the week. Sometimes I'll make two side dishes and only eat the veggie or fruit, etc.

I'm currently doing Zumba Wii 3x a week, and was supposed to start Couch to 5K this week, but it's been raining all week here. =/ I'm signed up to do the 30 Day Shred for April, so once April 1st gets here, I'll be doing the 30DS every day, with Couch to 5K 3x a week.

The Warrior Dash website has training programs you can print out and use to prepare for the race.

I have Zumba on the Wii and I work up quite a sweat on it! It is extremely customizeable - you can set your play mode, do different "types" of workouts (class, Zumba party, instructional, etc), and then within each workout, it has several different difficulty levels to choose from.

That's ridiculous. I'm sure a lot of homeless people aren't watching their weight since food is not an everyday thing for them. How about Bloomberg getting them off the street rather than worrying about their diet and the healthiness of their donated food???

When I saw her blog this morning, I was like YEEESSSSSSSSSS.

On one hand, my Barbies. I was super imaginative and made TV shows, played "1996 Summer Olympic Magnificent 7 team," even did time-period play (colonial, prairie, etc.) And then on the other hand, I love love loved my Batman action figurines and Batman castle.

I didn't say you have to be Catholic to use it, and I understand how it works. Though I'm on birth control (the pill), we do not use any other form of contraceptive, but I still track my periods using a calendar and to an extent, am more careful on days that I need to be with the natural family planning method. I merely…

It is part of Catholic religious doctrine to not use birth control. I was raised Catholic and do not identify with the demonination any longer, but that was a BIG thing to my mom. They use "natural family planning" which is to sit there and count your ovulation days, blah blah blah. Yet my mom was using this method taught…

I'm a Christian and I honestly cannot tell you a resounding "yes" or "no" whether I do believe or not. I believe in angels, and I believe the stories I have heard of angels saving them or guiding them away from danger. I have a family member that was molested as a child and when she was little, always talked about her…

I agree. I understand the situation, but she should have made her decision to carry on with having more children based on if she could financially handle that herself without raising them on their dead father's SS.

What about taking "old favorite" recipes and converting them to be healthier? My family wasn't so thrilled at what me "being healthier" would mean, but they were pleasantly surprised when I just took our old favorites and subbed ingredients for healthier ones. Using lower fat or non fat substitutes, using ground turkey…

Yep, both myself and my fiance have number-code locks on our iPhones.
-
If that were true, that would be awesome. I would just go through life taking one bite of a brownie every 30 minutes.

I don't believe your original question had anything to do with their relevancy. You asked why Christians get upset when it is brought up to remove the 10 Commandments from the courtroom. 1) We cannot possibly know the reason of every single Christian's opinion on the matter. 2) Should we delete major historical events from…

Very well said.

So do politics and everything else. You can pick any social/political/religious issue and have tons of people with dozens of different ideas and explanations built upon their own opinions and not reason or logic. To make a sweeping generalization about how a "stupid streak" runs among the religious isn't a correct one. We…

I don't believe I put in my post that the Ten Commandments are anywhere else. Jesus instructs us in the NEW Testament about loving your neighbor. In Matthew, Mark, and Luke.
