You have to realise your beauty and health achievements and disregard any comments that negate the truth. You will never please society today, so many people are hung up on trends, opinions, that they feel the need to try and enforce what they interpertate as socially acceptable. Returning fire with a smart remark isn't…

Hi, it is probably best to seek professional advice from Dr, or Physio therapist. I have a weak lumber structure from extreme lifting, have ruptured disks twice and my weight does not help. My physio has suggested abdominal exercises to build core strength. This training involves no weights, just basic abdominal exercises.…

My personal experience and opinion is everybody is individual. I do not believe all fiqures and techniques suit all persons, way too many variables. Previously I lost 110kg in 16 months and kept it off for 9 yrs. Yes , I'm back, poor choices and career is the reason. When I lost my weight I only had 1 figure to work with,…

It's a hard habit to break, but after a month or so, you wont crave nearly as much. Its made twice as hard by retailers displaying 50 different…

Sorry didn't mean to offend, is just my opinion. I eat what I want within reason, sensible serves, so can not understand or define cheat meals. My only definition of cheat is drawn from some posts above, where people do indeed feel they need to reward and in some cases do not log entries, etc, That is the point I don't…

I don't see the point in cheat meals/days. If people are restricting themselves to the point where they feel they have earnt the right to splurge/overeat like its a reward, doesnt make sense to me. You eat more because you have eaten less, LOL. I see weight loss as a step by step lifestyle change, it has to be sustainable.…

Hi everyone, I have about 30 to lose to be comfortable at about 100kg. I lost over 100 kilos about 12yrs ago, however lifestyle and career has seen me climb back up to 135. I'm pretty confident I will be around 100 by August. Anyone that has been overweight for a long time or through adolescence should be aware that the…
