How often should one adjust the TDEE -20% when trying to loose weight? I imagine it will get lower the more weight I lose?

Could someone help me too? My next week looks like this: 1 x Zumba class 2 x Total Body Conditioning class 1 x Step class 1 x yoga class So that would be lightly active or moderately active? Does the Yoga count as a workout? The same with the total body conditioning class?

But let say I eat my TDEE -20% which is 1800. Then I workout 4 times a week, each time for about 600. Then 600*4=2400/7=342 So 1800-342=1458 Wouldn't my total intake a day then just be 1458?

This. That why I hate that my country has started introducing the ''per. serving size''. I'm just glad they still also still add the 100g. Also there are pretty much labels on anything you buy here in Denmark.

So if I do the the BF% calculator thing, type in my 'new' age it will still show gross not net right? I tried and without the BF% it said my BMR was 1741 with the BF% it said 1785. And now I am 15 instead of 24..

Doesn't the polar watch just give you a gross estimate?

Lets say you want to loose 1kg a week, that means cutting back 1000 kcal a day. So if it was me it would mean I just end up at 1200 kcal a day without workout to loose 1kg a week. So lets say one day I decide to workout and burn 500 calories, but I still only eat 1200 kcal. That means that my total net for that day would…
