may i ask how many calories your eating a day and how much water?!? I've heard if you are dehydrated this can affect you like this too...

I've been told the scale is an evil thing, to measure and put away the scale but i can't do that!! but maybe you are gaining muscle so it appears that you aren't losing weight!
