Hi! Been a mbf of MFP for years but only used basics. (Recording meals). I just upgraded to Premium + because I like some of the new features and have decided to join a couple of groups and learn a bit more on what MFP offers. I have 15 to lose…and it's taking me forever. Look forward to exchanging ideas, tips and support.

And so we begin...on Day 7 of December. I am actually down 2 pounds from Thanksgiving but am very unsure how to get thru Xmas Eve and Xmas Day. (Already know the menus and cookies and desserts!!).
