I tried IF for a couple of weeks last spring. Did not see dramatic change in pounds loss as compared to low carb/high fat (good fats) as others have stated. I started GoLo 5 days ago. Because I'm very acquainted with Paleo eating or in other words, low carb high fat before I put on these blasted 10 pounds over the winter, I am doing Paleo with MFP and taking the Release pills. So far I do find that my craving for carbs (the sweet stuff) has subsided quite a bit. Appears I amβ¦

Hi! I'm new to this weight-loss tracking site as well. Just looking it over this morning. I'm still not certain if I should switch to this online tool or stick to the on-line weight watchers program I joined one week ago! I'm going to stay with this for at least 1 week and see how it goes and in the meantime am happy toβ¦
