  • To be honest Insanity is not really a weigh loss program. You are building muscle (which weigh the same as fat but muscle takes up less space) so the scale might not show that you have lost any weight . You will probably see more inches lost than weight but don't give up. I hope this help.
  • I've done a round and a little over a half with 13 more days of Insanity to go. There are pictures of my results on my profile. It's the last 5 picture but if you look at the picture with 4 in one those are my main results. In the first of the four with the glass I was 210 and the last picture of the four I weighed 171.…
  • On the one occasion that I logged it. I entered it as ME TIME...that way it can cover more than just sex for me. Just my preference though but if u like it feel free to use it. As stated b4 me time covers a lot so if someone see me log in "me time" after this post it's usually not necessarily meaning sex. LOL...IJS.
  • I workout at home and LOVE it...I paid for a gym membership for 3 yrs and only went for like the first month. I have been working out at home for over a yr now. I have lost 50 lbs. I like working out at home because if the mood hit me at 2 a.m. I don't have to try to find a all night gym. I give more to my workouts at home…

  • I will readjust my lifestyle setting. And I can definitely add the peanut butter. Thanks
  • I did change it up and that's when I gained. Maybe I need to go back to what I was doing @ first it seemed to have had the most impact. I have to do that walking since that is how I get to school. I guess I'm going to have to add another turbo jam routine to my day in the evening.
  • Believe me I'm definitely not giving up. I like what I see in the mirror and how my clothing fits. I will try to take in more calories to see if that is the problem. Thanks for your help!!
  • No, I'm not eating my exercise calories which I've never done. I will try to eat some of them but I couldn't possibly eat all my exercise calories because it's too many to eat in 1 day. Thanks for the observation and advice.
  • I use TMT and I enjoy it...Tony Horton is a great trainer! I was doing them (@ least 3 workouts) daily for a while with great results. Lost 3 inches from my waist in the first 3 days and 15 lbs within the first month. I use them now when I'm short on time. I use a number of Tony's DVDs and haven't found one that I didn't…

  • You know you're losing weight when: Your dr doesn't even recognize you. I went to the dr yesterday and when he called my name and I went to him, he asked me if I was the right person. Then he said that my face looked familiar  and he is usually good with names and faces. I told him that I understood because I saw…
  • HIGH 5 girly...You r doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Like you said slow and steady wins the race. Just EVERYONE remember to NOT skip meals!! I do understand because b4 I started this journey I would only eat like once a day and sometimes go the whole day without food. I gained 110-115 lbs of body fat by doing…

  • Ok now this made me feel like a real idiot!! How bout when you're talking on your cellphone but you are really looking for it and asking your children (who is usually on it) what they did with it? Everybody in the house got a chance to smack my forehead!! :ohwell: Or you have something in your hand and don't realize or…
  • Much success to all of you on this healthy journey. I was just on your thread reading the posts and just wanted to say: don't give up & if you didn't lose any lbs this week its ok especially if you didn't gain any either. I generally don't let the scale get to me because I know the inches are coming off. I can tell by how…

  • I know just how you feel. I feel the exact same way. I recently posted almost the same thread a week or so ago and got a lot of flack about working out 4 or 5 times a day and 7 days a week. I know I need to have @ least 1 rest day but I can't stop. I started school on this past Monday and had to cut my workouts down so…
