I like it very much. I use it as if it was rice. This is a recipe of quinoa with veggies, which I did the other day: Ingredients for 2 people: Quinoa, 120 g Carrots - 2 medium Onions - 2 small Garlic Cloves, 3 Spanish Smoked Paprika (Pimenton), 1 tsp (2.1g) Asparagus, 10 Spears Garden Peas, 100 g Trimmed Mange Tout Peas,…

Thanks for all your reassuring replies! :flowerforyou: OK, so basically I'll ignore it as I know I'm not really over doing it and my sugars are mostly from fruits, etc. I was just quite surprised, because MFP sets my target of sugar at 48 and I wouldn't be able to eat almost any fruit at all if I wanted to stay within the…

Oh! Wow! I'm surprised to read this thread! And I'm now confused! :noway: Following MFP settings, if I want to lose 1lb a week (sedentary activity) my calorie goal is set to 1200. I've been following this, plus eating back the calories burned when I do exercise. After reading this thread, I've checked my BMR in MFP and…

As other people have said before: I can't believe you are saying this! YOU HAVE ACHIEVED A LOT & YOU LOOK GREAT! Don't give up, but above all you need to tackle this low mood and low self-steem! Cheer up and take care! :flowerforyou:

Awesome! What a great attitude! Great achievement, indeed! :flowerforyou:

I'd say, enjoy the dinner! :drinker: We need to find a balance, and special occasions is worth taking them as a special treat. Yes, do some sports to try to compensate a bit, and just be good the rest of the week.

Amazing transformation! Absolutely WTG! Congratulations for this change of life style :flowerforyou:

Sorry to hear this. Hope things get better soon. I'd suggest you try and do more exercise. Choose something you like, and try to be perseverant. Doing sports can be quite therapeutic: it helps releasing stress, it helps improving low mood, etc. and it's a time that you dedicate to yourself. And don't be too harsh on you,…

You look great & you rock! :drinker:

I'd eat a banana just before or after doing sport. But I guess it also depends on the sort of exercise you are doing in the gym. Having extra protein is more necessary if you are doing strength training, otherwise, as long as you are eating the normal amounts it's ok.

What might help you is doing some exercise/sport. When you feel this is coming just go out for a short walk.

Awesome! Very well done! Keep up the good work!
