In need of motivation!

Just feeling exhausted and stressed out with family drama. I have turned to food the past couple of days for comfort and need to get back on track. Not looking forward to more family drama this weekend with the holiday coming. What to do?!?

Sorry to hear this. Hope things get better soon.
I'd suggest you try and do more exercise. Choose something you like, and try to be perseverant. Doing sports can be quite therapeutic: it helps releasing stress, it helps improving low mood, etc. and it's a time that you dedicate to yourself.
And don't be too harsh on you, things will come to place and also you'll manage to regain your strength and focus. :flowerforyou:0 -
