  • I have been in my life style change for the past 5 years. I am tired of the fluctuating 10 pounds: they are here, they are gone, they are here again! I decided to join on the advice of my personal trainer to monitor my food. This is a great and easy place to keep a food diary. Hope to see this 10 pounds gone for good.
