I use it for zoodles, but only to replace half the amount of pasta or bulk up a dish. They're just not a good replacement IMO. I wish they kept better for next day lunches... they turn your sauce into a watery mess!

Definitely report that. That kind of behavior will get someone banned from a lot of gyms. If someone had violated my personal space in that way I would have probably punched them in self defense.

Calorie deficit. No exercises or special foods will help.

Weigh it, log it, make sure it fits into your calorie goal.

There's no reason you have to eat oats.
-
There's no reason to reduce fat intake. Low fat is old thinking. OP could actually reduce carbs by adding fat and protein, telling them to take away fat from their mostly carb diet is not sound advice.

It's supposed to target your chest area, not your arms.

Agree with recomp. The last 10 are slow to go, but it needs to be that way to sustain the lower weight. I've spent the last 20 or so weeks losing 11 lbs.

You don't need to exercise at all to lose weight. It appears you don't need to lose any more weight. I suggest replacing some of your cardio with weights.

Download an app like Happy Scale, Libra or Trendweight. If you're a daily weigher you'll love it.

Personal preference! Try different macro ratios until you find one that is sustainable for you.

PB2 for peanut butter. 45 cals per 2 tablespoons vs. 190. Especially useful for peanut sauce in stir fry dishes. Flapjacked protein pancake mix. Tastes good, 200 calories, 20g protein for about 3 medium pancakes. I just got my hands on a pint of Halo Top, hoping it's better than Arctic Zero. Bolthouse Farms ranch dressing.…

I went to one on Saturday. Went for a morning run. Only had a protein bar before the BBQ. Saved my day of calories for that. Skipped the buns, had a hot dog and burger, and a bit of everything else. It's your decision whether you make a BBQ a free for all or you exercise some control.

Tequila shots! But really, liquor is your best bet. The lighter the better, too. Take it straight or with a zero calorie mixer/chaser.

None. Heart rate monitors are only for steady state cardio, so most of the workouts you mentioned wouldn't work.
-
Sounds like you need to make an HR report!

PB2 Flapjacked protein pancakes Premier protein shakes (30g protein for 160cals say whatttt?) Can of tuna is easy snack Halo Top

If it hasn't been mentioned already, make sure you have great boots. Break them in first and get used to them for several months before. There is nothing worse than hiking with blisters and bloody feet.

My mom would make this amazing chicken pot pie, but I refused to eat the crust, so she would make extra and I would eat the filling like a soup. Drool. She still makes the best curried chicken that I haven't even bothered to attempt yet! But I do like to think she's taught me quite a few things.

I don't buy it. I put in all my workouts this week and it gives me 100-200 calories for each day than my fitbit HR does. If I ate those back, I wouldn't lose.

Do a search for this and you can read hundreds of comments.

Whatever you can stick with for the rest of your life. Otherwise you'll just gain it all back when the "diet" ends.
-
Are you weighing all your food?
-
BuffBunny? I think I saw the same thing from her on Instagram the other day.

Lose more fat. Think about it this way: What if you built the muscle under the fat, without losing the fat. Wouldn't you just look bigger?
-
Foam rolling, stretching, go for a walk. Getting some movement seems to loosen things up for me.

Pre-logging. Making my lunches for the week on Sunday. Planning dinners for Mon-Wed.

Remember that what's important is your overall calorie intake. You could be negating your entire workout by downing a shake. Have some caffeine if you need a boost. I like amino energy, but I'm sure the effect (besides the caffeine) is mostly placebo. But, it only has 5 calories and I like the sweetness. I see far too many…

Dare I say I don't think this is a lie? If you were actually able to build more ab muscle, and didn't lose the fat, you'd get bigger.
