i just finished it 2 weeks ago, man i hated level two, it kicked my butt!! but i did it for the 6 weeks straight 6 days a week. of course i didnt get a six pack but i still have some fat left to lose lol but sticking to my diet and the video i lost 10 lbs and my belly did go down.

i use the one that pops up first when i type in free pedometer on the app search box. i have the first iphone that came out so i cant install the newer apps but its awesome and you are able to pause it. the app has a picture of a shoe on it. like i said it should be the first app that comes out when you search for free…

awesome!! that dvd is brutal!! even after walking 4 miles roundtrip to the grocery store i still did 30DS level one and kept up with natalie(the advanced chick)!!

im also 5'3 and am currently at 124, i thought by now i would've been seeing a flatter stomach but no :( i guess i carry my weight in my belly and thighs. im trying to get down to 115 and see if i look better then, if not im starting to lift heavy and see if that gives me the results i really want. this is the lowest…
