see i thought about that but when i was working out and counting cals and doing everything right, i wasnt loosing in inches either, i just took my measurments again, everything is the same except for near my hip bones, ive lost 1 inch

yah thats what i heard thats why i did the shred cause its more strength with weights then anything, and i have no upper body strength so the dvd has been hard but i didnt see any change in inches or weight.

and ps. because its hard for me to loose, alot of people suggest upping my calories. ok so if i do that to lets say 1400-1500. thats 1500 cals a day, then i exercise 500 of it off, to eat back 500, to be at 1500. how is that helping me loose more weight as opposed to doing the same exact thing at 1200.

thanks, i did measure also and no change but im happy to say after postung this, i went back and did all of level 3..all beginner moves..haha but i did it. im pretty sure ill have to do all beginner moves for the whole thing, my body just isent that strong to do the advanced versions..but maybe after doing L3 for 10 days,…

i know. i just added my sodium to my diary, didnt even know i could before but i try and drink at least 8 glasses to combat the sodium, im trying to gradually lower it.

hmm i think im gonna try that. i usually have a rest day but with the shred recently, i do it everyday. I'll actuallybe out all tomorrow ( i clean my vf;s grans house for a few hrs) so i wont be home to do the dvd, i think ill take a rest day and suck down some extra crystal light and see if that helps.

i cant drink straight water. so its either crystal light or nothing. like i said i cut the oackets in half and put some lemon juice in it..so its really light. its mostly water.

usually i only worked out mon-fri but because ive started the shred. i havent taken a break in 7 days, and i usually try to do extra crunches and some zumba on the same day.

so i tried the 30 day shred once before. did 10 day on L1 and saw no reuslts- inches or pds, stoped due to an arm tattoo. it healed so i decided to try again but started with level 2. today is day 7

i'm 50-50 i have the dvds and started with the cardio. the first 2 times i did it i was out of breath and the 3rd and 4th time it was eh, but i havent tried the next cardio dvd so im sure it will be a lil harder. its pretty easy to follow, i tend to have to do it before any other workout because if my legs are tired it…
