Suuuuuper late to this thread. But I'm 22 and I've got about 60-70 lbs to lose so feel free to add me. (= I'm trying to log every day and stuff. I keep falling off.

But also, I do this often, and also feel awful. I think it really is just about finding out why we're bingeing and having enough willpower/distraction to get past it.

That's around the same amount of weight I want to lose. While I'm sure it's possible to lose it in 90 days I have no idea how you would manage it. Looking forward to the responses.

Seee I was thinking it was a little absurd but it evened out a little bit when I added in for exercise and 20% carbs. Is processed meat like sandwich meat and sausage?

I just recalculated it for if I exercised 3x a week and only wanted my carbs to be 20% because I couldn't see living off of 17 carbs a day lol I really think it could be beneficial to me. Thank you for your response!

That's right. Tomorrow is brand new. I ate like a whole batch of cookies the other night and gained a pound and a half. Before I would have quit. But now I realize it's okay. I'll get better.

Hey guys! I'm not exactly new to myfitnesspal but it seems different than when I used it originally. Anyway, I'm trying to lose between 50-70 lbs depending on how I look/feel. And motivation and support would be excellent as I don't really have anyone around me who's super supportive or anything.
