  • if you want to know if this 3 day diet work .... well gotta say not for all ppl. i try this diet when i was 18 years it did work and i lost 7 pound. i am 32 years know i did try it couple years ago and i didnt lose anything i was so mad.Lol but is depends i did the banana and milk one you lose a inch in 3 days it did help…
