no one ever got fat from eating fruit - yes it's fine, it's natural sugar and fruit is good for you mfp imo are way off with their settings on this one, i stopped watching sugar for this reason i love my fruit and will not stop eating it cos mfp tells me it's got too much sugar in it

i drank it when breast feeding it had no effect on my lo that i could tell. It's very very good for you i try to drink 3-4 cups a day, makes you pee a lot though lol I agree with also keeping cals back for an evening snack i always do i try my best to plan out my day ahead even if it's in my head at first

Insanity is really tough but it gets results, i can't say i enjoy it but i did it/do it for the results iykwim, i am however doing at the moment Turbo Fire and I LOVE IT, it's so much fun and a really good workout, it's different to insanity but as tough just in a more enjoyable way :-)

maybe try 30 day shred first, it's a bit easier than Insanity and will still help you get your fitness up and strength up, get through that and maybe then consider Insanity, plus it's free on You tube :-)

yes i did my lo is now weaned but i counted 500 cals when she was exclussively breast fed then brought it down once she was established on solids to 250 and down again as her feeds decreased iykwim

oh i know the shoes you're talking about they are hard to get over here i would have to order online and i don't like ordering shoes online i like to try them on, plus they are so weird looking lol :wink: , i will think about them though if they will help and this doesn't improve soon
