When I hit my plateau a few weeks ago, I was reading where it said eat 2-300 calories more than what your supposed to for 2-3 days and then go back to where your supposed and it is supposed help. I tried it first hand and it did help

Being big busted all my life I have noticed the same thing however when I got measured I went from a 40DD to a 38DD so its probably the width they are going down. I weigh myself daily mainly to watch my weight and be observant of what I am doing other than counting calories. However I only log it once a week.

Don't fell guilty, you need to rest when your body tells you to rest. Take care of yourself and enjoy your day. If you really feel you need to do something do something light instead of your regular routine.

My husband knows and he got on the bandwagon however he hasn't tracked and is in really good shape anyways.I have told a few of my friends and some of them found MFP without me telling them and they told me - I mentioned that I already do that so it worked out but other than that not many people.
