Excessively Fatigued ... frustrating

Was planning a bike ride today, but have woken up feeling ready to go back to sleep again.
I tend to cycle an hour everyday, at 12-14mph, including hills, as well as walk around 15000-18000 steps per day, which I didn't consider that heavy of exercise, although I do have COPD (emphysema) so the cycling does involve a lot of effort on my part with 67% lung function rather than the usual 82% of my age group.
I feel so guilty if I have a day off and it seems ridiculous after only 3 days of exercise plus I tend to like the calorific leeway the extra exercise gives me to maintain my weight.

Listen to your body and take a day off. Your body is trying to tell you something.0

Have a rest. If it persists, think about checking iron and B12 levels. Also look at your protein intake and make sure it's sufficient for your level of activity.0

Don't fell guilty, you need to rest when your body tells you to rest. Take care of yourself and enjoy your day. If you really feel you need to do something do something light instead of your regular routine.0

Thanks guys, I have dropped my protein lately, as been eating a bit less, so it has gone from around 130-140 down to 80-90g per day. I didn't used to have any issues with that when I was cycling a lot more, so figured it would still be okay. Only other thing I can think is that my food intake might not be enough and I have also just had a very heavy period/TOM
. I am still eating around 1800 a day, but according to my fitbit and hrm I am burning around 2800 a day, but I am honestly not sure how accurate fitbit is anyway for calculations. I am not aiming to lose weight really, just maintain. Just have not had the same appetite recently for food so my intake has dropped around 1000 a day the last 4 days or so.0
