Got the video yesterday. Have completed day 2 of level 1. I have a hard time with the jumping but I am marching in place when I need a break from the jumping. Thanks for the motivation to order and try the video. Looking forward to increasing my stamina.

Monday - 106 mins (50 walking, 36 Strength traing and 20 swimming) Tuesday - 70 mins walking - (Did 15000 steps while visiting NYC - not sure of time) Wednesday - 50 mins Stength Training - hoping to make it back to the gym tonight for some Cardio
