I use my hrm also and used to manipulate the minutes worked out to get the actual calories I burned. Then I realized all I had to do was click on the calories and I was able to input a set amount. That being said I also like to hike and you can create your own exercises. Hope this helps. Also im using the android app

Im glad you said "will run for food" lol thats hilarious! But I like to hike and I LOVE pizza. I can burn 900-1800 calories on my hikes and have yet to take advantage of the extra calorie burn with pizza yet. Are you guys saying as long as my caloric intake is offset by exercise I should be ok and can eat guilt free?…

I would absolutely try taking steroids! I would not ABUSE them thou. I would do my research first thou. Steroids helps tons of people and as long as taken in moderation they aren't a problem. That being said they are not something I have sought out but would definitely not say I would never take them. Just my two cents

I hear ya man, im supposed to be eating 1590 and I have a very hard time eating 12-1300 calories a day. I think part of it is im watching everything I eat now (for the first time) I also exercise like crazy. Which sets my caloric deficit even worse. The way I see it is if you ain't feeling hungry try it lol and good luck!!!

And I will "guess" that maybe the weight loss from a cleanse is that poop u are getting rid of is very dense from sitting in your system so long? Not tmi by the way :) a valid question.

So I ended up getting a bowflex hrm with chest strap for 49 bucks. It works good and I lost 7lbs my first week here! Woohooooooo 5 more weeks to go!

I would definetly not go over what your allowed to eat lol i see the working out as a bonus! it can work in your favor if you eat a lil too much but thats up to you :)

I freeze strawberries and throw them in a blender (50 calories worth) to my 190 calorie vanilla protein shake and add 6 ounces of water. Its the bomb.com!!!!

Im New to this also. I use "pro5" it tastes great with water unlike any I have tried before. I started freezing strawberries and adding two strawberries, my pro5 and 6 ounces of water in my blender as a great snack. It was about 195 calories total and tasted delicious!
